The grounds are quiet and small, and the pool is nice. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, too. But our bungalow was outdated and extremely poorly maintained, so this was a waste of the money and the vacation we had looked forward to. Never again. We stayed for a week in July 2025, after reading positive reviews on various forums. We were put in the unrenovated part of the property. There were cobwebs, dust, dead insects in the bathroom lamps and sink, plus clear signs of vermin and damp patches. We kept being woken at night by loud sounds from the bedroom ceiling, possibly rats or martens. After a few sleepless nights, we decided to head home early. The caretaker was friendly, but couldn't offer another place or compensation during peak season. The owner didn't reply to our complaint email while we were there. Reporting the issue to Booking.com only made things more disappointing. The owner called our complaint false, even though we showed the footage. After several emails and phone calls with Booking.com, there still hasn't been any acknowledgement or compensation.

The pool was well looked after, and the concierge was available. It's a very nice residence, a good distance from the sights in the area, and we had a great week. There are also a ping-pong table and a pétanque court. The one drawback was the dishes: there were only enough for one meal, so we had to keep washing them.

The place smelled musty, and the house we were given had water damage. It had dried, but the wardrobe side was swollen and mold was growing in the seams of the laminate floor. The bathroom also hadn't been cleaned, with hair everywhere. The complex is quite old, and the other houses we saw didn't look nearly as nice inside as they did in the pictures on bockig.com. We left after the first night.

It’s a quiet location, and the accommodation has air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and good bedding. The very large pool is pleasant, as are the ping-pong table and pétanque court. It would suit a short or long stay. Shops are a bit far away, so a car is essential. Plan your shopping ahead to avoid hassle.
