Cigarette butts all over the entrance were the first thing we saw, and the owner seemed to be running a den rather than a hotel. Inside, the room was dirty and smelled awful. The floor clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. A complete disaster.

Plenty of parking, and shops like Lidl are close by. Checking in and paying at night was convenient, which suited us during a longer trip. The beds were very comfortable, and once we shut the window it was dark and quiet enough to sleep well. The room could have been cleaner. Fine for a one-night stop.

The automatic room assignment works well, though it could be easier to use. The location is excellent, and the rooms are good in terms of cleanliness and layout.

Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the room felt cozy. It ran a little warmer than we like. We tried lowering the temperature but it barely changed, so we left the window open, which was okay since it was cooler outside. The sink had a minor issue, but nothing too bad.

I booked this B&B because we had loved the one in Trento, IT, but the room here didn't match the photos on the booking site. It was tiny and musty, with just one very small window, about 50cmx50cm. Even with it shut, the nearby road was extremely loud. There was no sign the room had been sanitized for COVID-19, and the hand sanitizer dispensers at reception were empty. The quality and cleanliness seem to depend a lot on the country and who runs the place. Note to self: don't assume chain hotels have the same standards or safety measures in every country. Not happy.
