We’ve chosen Accor hotels for years because the price and quality have usually worked well for us. This place is one to avoid. The staff were neither welcoming nor helpful, and the way they handled our check-in completely spoiled our stay. My husband is an Accor platinum member, and we normally receive one welcome drink each. When he asked the bartender for two, the bartender refused rudely, seemed intimidated by my husband, who walks with two crutches, and called the police. Nobody on staff would resolve things. When the police arrived, the administrator told them that two people only get one drink, as though our request was unreasonable. Accor’s rules say Silver members and above, along with accompanying guests, each receive a welcome drink. All of this happened within 30 minutes of checking in. There were only paper cups in the room, so my husband asked reception for a regular cup for coffee. They told him to get one from the bar. He can’t carry anything while using his crutches, and his disability is obvious. Why couldn’t someone just bring cups to the room? That’s a complete lack of customer care. I suppose we won’t find out, since the hotel responds to positive reviews and ignores criticism.

I’ve been coming here since the property first opened, at least once each year and often several times. The staff are consistently friendly and easy to deal with. Still, my room was too hot to sleep in even with the thermostat adjusted, despite outdoor temperatures below 10C. The Wi-Fi was awful too. I travel for work and need a reliable connection, but even sending or downloading an email with an attachment was painful.

My wife and I were insulted and denied our welcome drinks. When we tried to discuss it with the manager, he wouldn’t speak to us and called the police. We’re platinum members and stay at Accor hotels around the world. Avoid this hotel and its untrained staff. It’s a shameful disgrace to the Accor name.

The location was fine, but our stay from August 11 to 22 , 2025! was a very poor experience. The room cleaning was bad: there was grime on the bathroom wall, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. If you accidentally leave trash out before housekeeping comes, there’s an 8/10 chance it will still be there when you return. We had no AC for 2 or 3 long days after arriving. I only found out when I asked at the desk. Later, after I had a drink, the bartender was nice, but I argued with the desk manager over a mismatch between the bar and front desk records. They said I hadn’t paid the 7 euro for my drink because it wasn’t recorded at reception, and there was a 7 euro gap in the two sets of books. It was a very annoying situation. I had an early departure planned and checked out the night before, intending to leave my card in the box at 3 am. While I was packing, the night officer said she hadn’t been told about my departure. I explained that I’d already paid, but she kept insisting and wasted my time. After checking, she saw that I owed nothing, though she still repeated that she hadn’t received the information. I told her that wasn’t my problem, and left as planned. For the price, the service should have been better. I don’t think this hotel meets a four star standard. They deserve half. ⭐️ ⭐️
