The rooms are clean and quiet, and feel in line with the budget. We also found the location convenient, away from the noise but still well placed. This was our first trip to Bordeaux, and Stay City worked well for us. The staff made the strongest impression. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, especially Olivier, who I dealt with most. He was courteous and helpful to us as first timers in this wonderful city. I’d stay here again.

The rooms were clean and had the basics, with modern decor and a small but lovely balcony. It’s just two minutes from the city centre, with everything nearby. The reception and cleaning staff were very nice, and one of them speaks Spanish. We flew in from Spain for a weekend and chose to have breakfast at one of the city’s many bakeries instead. We’ll be back soon.

I’ve stayed here twice and really like it. The staff were helpful when I booked the wrong day and changed it for me. They spoke with us in English as well as they could, and we had a very nice time. The rooms are lovely, well decorated to a high standard, and have plenty of modern conveniences. The kitchen has everything for a proper dinner. We made spaghetti bolognese one night and steak and mash another. There was a dishwasher, fridge, hob, coffee machines, kettle and toaster, plus plates, pots, pans, utensils, sponges, a towel, and even a dishwasher tablet. There was also a hairdryer, and an iron and board under the bed. The first room had the biggest bed I’ve ever seen, 7ft long and 6ft wide. Next time, here or elsewhere, I’ll look for a Staycity first. Very highly recommended, 100%.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. Garrance was especially wonderful, guiding me around the city and sharing great recommendations so graciously. Thanks to her and the whole team. I loved my stay and will be back. I spent a few days here during my Bordeaux trip. It’s a smaller hotel, but very efficient for the price, clean, and conveniently located.
