I had to cancel at the last minute for personal reasons, even though my booking had no cancellation option. After a friendly, straightforward exchange, they cancelled it free of charge just 48 hours in advance. The service was genuinely professional and helpful.

We stayed in the Urban chic accommodation in Bordeaux and really enjoyed it. The place is truly beautiful, and the balneotherapy bath was ideal after a long day of walking. We highly recommend it! All the best to you. On Diane’s advice, we’ll look at your other places for our next stays. Elodie and Nicolas
