The pool was lovely and just the right temperature. The poolside and changing area were very clean, and there were lots of loungers indoors and out in a private courtyard. Our room was clean, pleasant and very quiet. The hotel is right across the road from the beach, with the town centre a short distance away. The evening menu is limited, but the two dishes we tried were very good. Breakfast had the usual croissants, brioche, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt and fruit, plus bacon and scrambled eggs, and you can make your own pancakes. All the staff were pleasant and always ready to help.

We had a wonderful three-night weekend stay at Les Dunes. We'd arrived spontaneously, and at first there wasn't one room available for all three nights, so we'd have had to move every morning. The friendly staff rearranged things so we could keep the same room. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, with a good bathroom and shower, and parking is free. The swimming pool is very nice and just across the street. We chose to walk about five minutes into the pleasant little town for breakfast and dinner. In the afternoon we bought a few good wines to take away, served in nice plastic cups that we could carry to the beach, just beyond the parking area across the road. We really appreciated the great welcome and service when we arrived.

It's a quiet, relaxing, friendly area, with a lovely golden sandy beach just across the road and a short 1 km walk to the town centre, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Saturday morning brings a busy, interesting market, and July is good for water sports. The hotel is clean, friendly, well managed and maintained, with its own heated pool, good wifi and free private parking across the road. Rooms are in the hotel or an adjoining apartment block, and the best ones have sea views. Breakfast is tasty and costs 12euro50 extra. It's a bicycle-friendly area, with many streets now one-way to make room for cycle lanes. Recommended.

The location was perfect for us, with a short, easy walk into town and a lovely beach nearby, while the hotel itself was quiet. Our comfort family room had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the private parking and indoor pool were nice extras. Can't wait to come back.

A friendly reception and decent breakfast, plus a surprisingly large indoor pool. It's a very nice small hotel, with tastefully decorated rooms and modern facilities. They were welcoming to cycling tourists too.
