We spent a wonderful May Day weekend in this beautiful house. The renovation and decor are tasteful, and everything is set up for a comfortable stay. Having a private bathroom in every bedroom was a real plus for our group of eight. We'd gladly return.

We had a great weekend in the area, and the hosts were very welcoming, with plenty of useful recommendations. They suggested a small snack bar called Les Fricotins, which was perfect. The stay was just as good.

The welcome was discreet, and we really appreciated the pool. Parking was easy, with spaces all around. Our well-designed cottage had a spacious, comfortable room with its own bathroom, and the jams were delicious...

With nine of us, we had a pleasant stay and made use of all the amenities: the pool, griddle, kitchen, and terrace. The decor was just right, and everything worked as it should. The gîte is close enough to walk to all the shops and to oyster bars for an enjoyable evening. We were warmly welcomed and left happy after four days.

Jean-Daniel was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host. When the gas ran out while we were making a meal, he arrived within five minutes. He was also always ready with suggestions for a village to visit or a restaurant to try. His five stars are deserved. We had a wonderful stay with our three children. The house is beautiful and matched the pictures exactly, with plenty of space, good equipment, comfortable beds, tasteful decor, and a relaxing terrace. Its location near the center of lovely La Tremblade made it easy to reach shops and set off on walks. We really couldn't find a downside.
