Maison 800 m de la plage

I was sorry to leave this peaceful family getaway. La Trinite Sur Mer was such a cosy place to stay, with a lovely view over the quaint village. I'd happily recommend it, and hope to come back with my family.

I've stayed in all sorts of hotels around the world, but I've never been treated like that. If you want a host who disrespects you and shouts at you, The Kerisper Lodge is the place. I paid about 200€ a night for a leisure stay, but I also had an important video meeting with a client. Since I needed a good connection, I asked at the front desk where I could take the call and was told to use the lobby. About 30 minutes into the meeting, the owner came over and interrupted me to ask if I wanted another space. I thought he was trying to make things easier for me. I said I was nearly finished and could stay where I was. As soon as he left, the front desk employee got a short call, came and stood beside me looking over my shoulder, then tapped me and said I had to leave the lobby right away. I hung up on my client in precipitation. I told them straight away that what had happened was rude and prejudicial. A couple of other hotel guests nearby were having a drink and had seen it all. They stood up for me and said they'd leave the hotel immediately if this happened to them too, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager never came back to face me and deal with the situation in person. I only got to talk to him by phone, even though he was in the next room, and he started shouting as soon as we spoke. He said it was intolerable for me to make a business call in his lobby because guests were there for leisure and didn't want to see someone working in the middle of August. A great start to my vacation.

The Wi-Fi is a bit slow if you're working, but the rest was lovely. Small, beautiful hotel, with great staff and service. Highly recommend it.

The harbor is lovely and just a short walk away. This is a wonderful little hotel, with a charming garden and pool, great decor, and clean rooms.
