The rooms were good enough for us, and the ocean view from this great location was stunning. What really made a difference, though, was the welcoming, easygoing feel from the residence and its staff, unlike a lot of places we've stayed.

It's a laid-back place in a beautiful area, with an absolutely stunning view of the sea and jungle. There's a great surf beach nearby, but don't swim there unless you know how to handle underwater rocks, ocean waves, and RIP CURRENTS. A few things in the room needed attention, but you can sort them out yourself or ask the staff for help.

It's a quaint, hilly hotel, with steps leading between the apartments. I've only spent one night here so far, but I'm enjoying it. I hear breakfast is dear, though I imagine that's to be expected.

A simple, lovely place to stay with beautiful views and a surf beach nearby. Excellent restaurants and fantastic swimming beaches are just a 5 minute drive away.
