The location puts you right in the middle of everything, and Arlette makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She's lovely, and there's everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed her stories, delicious cooking, and filling breakfasts. Definitely go, you won't regret it. 😋

A great base for seeing the north of the island and the Atlantic coast. We felt completely at home at Arlette's, and the room with its own bathroom was excellent value. She gave us a really warm welcome, and if you arrange it with her the day before, you can have one of her tasty home-cooked meals too.

We had a lovely time here. The room was clean and comfortable, with its own bathroom and toilet, and there was parking too. Arlette is so kind and generous, and she loves sharing the local dishes she makes. Thank you, Arlette!

Breakfasts were generous, filling, homemade, and made with local ingredients. We also had dinner with Arlette on our last day: her chicken colombo and homemade sorbet were delicious, with plenty of the “spices of love” she talked about. She welcomed us warmly, spent time with us, and was always available with advice on places to see in Martinique. The bedroom and bathroom have plenty of useful things, including a TV, fridge, kettle, storage, and fan. Arlette really made our stay at Vert Pré a success. Kay Arlette captures what a bed and breakfast should feel like, and we recommend it. Thanks again for everything, Arlette. Philippine & Chloé
