ibis Toulon La Valette

The rooms were tidy and nice, but the toilet flush in ours worked unpredictably and made the stay uncomfortable. I reported it each day, and staff said a technician would come, but nothing improved. They only offered us another room on our last day, even though they knew about the problem all along. I felt they were making fun of me, which was disappointing and unprofessional. For what you pay, the least you expect is to be able to use the toilet comfortably.

The outdoor pool was a hit with our kids, and there’s a big supermarket nearby. ibis Toulon La Valette is a lovely choice for an overnight stop, especially in summer when the pool is so refreshing.

For an Ibis, it was clean and tidy, and the staff were really helpful. The room was a decent size, though I wasn’t fully convinced it was clean because of a bit of a BO smell. They assured me it wasn’t me. The bar was okay, while the restaurant was average, though good by Ibis standards. I’d give it another try sometime soon.

The windows are quad glazed, so being right by the Main road wasn’t a worry. This is a very nice Ibis, close to where I was visiting, with cheerful staff and clean, tidy rooms.
