Hotel Elisabeth

Dinner was a lovely surprise. The puff pastry was homemade, crunchy, and buttery, served as an appetizer and making quite an impression. The burger had freshly ground meat with an Alsace-style twist, including a hash brown, sauce alsacienne, and carrot purée. Breakfast the next morning wasn't fancy, but had what you'd expect: eggs, fresh baguette, cold cuts and cheese, marmalade, coffee, and tea. Our room was older and simple, but clean and had everything we needed. The owners seemed to work hard to keep things tidy and in order. For me, that simplicity is part of staying at an „auberge dans les montagnes“ and gives the place an authentic feel. It was wonderfully quiet at night, with the scent of flowers around. Merci beaucoup for the lovely stay, and a bientôt!

We were heading to the Netherlands and just wanted a quick dinner. Even with the restaurant full, they managed to serve us promptly. The food was high quality too, and the people were very friendly.

The restaurant serves tasty regional dishes, with a broad choice of desserts. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the prices were good. The wine and food were excellent.
