EDEN'ROC

The best thing about our two nights here was the peace and quiet. The gîte is in the Vosges mountains but still quite close to charming Alsatian villages and vineyards, and the surrounding area is lovely. The bedroom and kitchen were beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. The owner and her husband were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful and carefully prepared. We also tried the outdoor spa for the first time and thought it was fantastic. It’s a beautiful place to relax, and we’ll return with our hiking boots to explore the nearby trails.

We loved coming back to the spa after a long day of sightseeing ❤️ The breakfasts were generous, and Anne was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and so comfortable, with deer wandering past the windows. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, perched on a hill with breathtaking countryside views, yet still close to Colmar and other tourist attractions. Thank you, Philippe and Anne, for your hospitality and a wonderful stay!

Snow made the atmosphere feel truly special, and even the deer in the meadow looked like they were enjoying it. We had a lovely winter weekend at this gîte and highly recommend the hot tub. We’ll definitely come back!

Anne and Philippe were attentive throughout and gave us a wonderful welcome. Breakfast had a good range of sweet and savory choices, and there was a fully equipped kitchen available if we needed it. Having access to both the jacuzzi and swimming pool was a real bonus. They’re high-quality facilities for guests of the gîte’s three bedrooms, which still allowed for some private moments, no doubt. The location is truly appealing, about a 20-minute drive from the Alsace Wine Route along a few winding roads.
