The garden, with its statues, was lovely, and the host was amazing. My friend and I were traveling in France, hoping to find a château hotel, and when Demeure de Flore came up, I was so happy we could stay there. The interior felt beautiful and authentic. Thanks for hosting us, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of experience!

The food here is insanely good, and it’s so peaceful that the rest of the world just fades away. We loved Francesco’s little paradise in the Montagne Noire. It’s unpretentious, but there’s lovely attention to detail. If you’re tired of crowds and want a great meal, book a stay. Thanks again for the hospitality, Cristl and Marshall from Australia.

We had a delicious lunch in the dining room after enjoying a spritz aperitif in the garden. The welcome, cooking, and service were all very good. It seems like an ideal hotel and venue for a large group, though book ahead because the opening hours are seasonal. It’s just off the voie verte greenway, and the Italian owner is fun and hospitable.

Francesco was really helpful to us at this beautiful house at the foot of the Black Mountain. We were there for a sporting event with an early start, and he got up early to make us a superb breakfast. Dinner in the evening was refined.
