The meals were a real highlight: thoughtfully prepared, balanced, and delicious, with a lovely sense of sharing at the table. I also came away with new things I’d learned, a feeling of well-being, and some lovely new acquaintances. Ostalas is beautiful, with tasteful decor and a calm, welcoming feel. The workshops and activities were varied and enriching, led by caring, professional people who made me feel supported throughout. I’ll remember this rejuvenating, inspiring stay for a long time. Brigitte, François, thank you for welcoming me. I highly recommend it.

The room was lovely and spotless, and the whole place is magnificent. I came for a yoga retreat, and everything at Ostalas is centered on well-being, from the food to the practices on offer. Brigitte and François made us feel very welcome, with so much care and attention. A five-star stay 😉

The days here have a gentle pace that makes it easy to reconnect with yourself. François's food is delicious and full of life, and the spaces are lovely without feeling showy. Brigitte keeps everything running with care, precision, and a good sense of humor. The place has that same gentle, joyful energy, and it feels like a haven for body, mind, and soul. It’s a rare place, shaped with heart, thought, and simplicity. I arrived to unwind and left feeling deeply nourished.

The meals were healthy and delicious, and sharing them with such pleasant hosts made them even better. They were happy to pass on what they knew, and I learned a lot. At Ostalas, the decor is gorgeous, the comfort is excellent, and the classes and activities are interesting and well run by attentive, capable instructors. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
