Nobody was there to welcome us, and the booking was simply canceled without warning. Customer service was never available. Stay away from this service.

The owner was the worst. I wouldn't recommend it.

We got no information, no access code and no key. Then, around 7:30 p.m., an email arrived saying the apartment had already been reserved, even though we'd paid for it. We tried to reach the owner, who apparently had pulled this kind of scam before. He left a whole family, including young children, to fend for themselves. Bravo, sir. I don't think you're suited to this job.

Avoid this place at all costs. The apartment was confirmed as available from 4 p.m., but when we reached the door at 7 p.m., we had no key code and couldn't get in touch with the owner. We waited an hour and a half and tried to sort it out with the neighbors. Then the owner messaged us to say it had already been rented. The stay never happened. A disgrace!

Before the COVID-19 situation, we emailed the accommodation with a question, but they ignored us. Now we can't travel in May because of COVID-19, so we asked for a free cancellation and offered to book there again next year. That request was ignored too, so we won't be returning. Very disappointing.
