The restaurant food was outstanding, and the service was amazing. It seems you have to rate the hotel too, though we didn't enjoy our hotel experience. We had incredible views across the green valley, through both sunny and rainy weather. The lady looked after us and our daughter with such charm, professionalism and savoir faire. We'd happily come back to the restaurant!

We were on a bike trip to Sète and were lucky to stay here. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and futon, and the owners were gracious and hospitable. Dinner was included. The presentation of the dishes caught my eye as they went from kitchen to dining area, and several guests stopped to thank the Chef. Everyone seemed truly impressed. After our appetizer, we learned the chef had worked at Le Crillon in Paris. We loved the creative poached egg, carbonara style, on confit onions with lardons and a Parmesan wafer. The main was an exceptionally tender pork belly roulade over eggplant and other vegetables, with a perfect sauce. Dessert was a flambéed creme Catalan. This is a real destination restaurant.

When our family had to evacuate during a fire crisis and had nowhere to go, Alex, the owner, found us a room for the night and went above and beyond to help. Her warmth and kindness made a stressful time so much easier, and her genuine hospitality is what made the stay unforgettable. The hotel itself was lovely too. A huge thank you to Alex!

The food was excellent, though the menu was a la carte only. Breakfast was included in the room price and very reasonable, and the patron, who speaks fluent English, served it promptly. I had a pleasant room at the back with a small patio in this very central location. The restaurant can be indoors or outside, with a nice view. There's also a small garage for bikes.
