The rooms have that classic French look, and the bathroom and double-glazed windows are new. From the street, the place blends right into the local buildings, but step inside and the hosts greet you so warmly. What a lovely spot!

Breakfast was so abundant I wanted to try it all: homemade jams, fresh orange juice rather than the industrial kind, bread and croissants. Dinner was generous, maybe a little too generous, but every course from the starter to dessert was delicious. My room was pleasant and clean, with enough space for one person and central heating that kept it warm without getting stuffy. It was easy to find the place, and parking nearby was readily available even though there’s no private lot. The owners were very welcoming and did their best to make me comfortable.
