We were a big group of friends and the farmhouse had plenty of space, comfort, and everything we needed. It’s a beautiful place among horses and vines. We’d definitely go back!

We had everything we needed for a relaxing week with friends and kids, enjoying the quiet, the big outdoor table, and the pool. Five families with older children rented the farmhouse for a week in August. It’s very spacious and welcoming, simply furnished without unnecessary luxuries. There are two dormitories and a studio apartment next door.

We were 13 friends, and the large covered pool and spacious terrace under the pergola were much appreciated. Fer à Cheval, a former silkworm farm, is an authentic, beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful, spacious setting. There are lovely trees around, including gigantic plane trees and fig trees. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped, and the charming bedrooms have air conditioning. I’d recommend this large farmhouse, where old-world charm meets modern amenities.

The garden is pleasant, and the house has old-world charm, making it a nice spot for a weekend with friends. We rented it for around 20 people, and it’s ideally located near wedding venues.
