appartement belhommet 4

I couldn't get into the accommodation because no keys were provided. I texted the host in the morning and heard nothing until late afternoon, after I contacted Booking customer service. The booking can't be refunded, and the host has completely disappeared since. Dishonest, avoid at all costs.

The bathroom was a real concern: the grout color and moldy drain made the hygiene questionable, and the drain backs up and leaks water onto the floor. Some shower fittings were loose enough that they could fall on us. The place also isn't soundproof, as the listing claims, since you can hear everything from inside. There isn't a double bed or even a bedroom, just a sofa bed with two separate mattresses. The coffee machine also needs Nespresso-type capsules that you have to bring yourself. This accommodation doesn't match its description, and selling a service that falls short of what customers expect is unacceptable. I won't be back and strongly advise against staying here.

The apartment was extremely dirty.
