Gîtes de Lesvaniel

The farm animals were such a treat to see, especially the horses, goats, and donkeys. The area is really quiet, and the apartment was great value. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a big supermarket close by. Breakfast was the one thing I’d skip next time: the filter coffee and jam were good, but the bread wasn’t. Apart from that, we had a very good stay.

The welcome was excellent, from the booking call through to our arrival, and the price was reasonable. We had a peaceful cottage stay with open meadows and fields all around, plus lots of horses nearby. The rooms were clean, practical, and well appointed, with a TV and a small storage space. The breakfast room has a lovely large table, and there’s plenty of parking at the back.

It felt like a little paradise for the night. The peaceful setting was beautiful, and we were greeted so warmly. My partner, my dog, and I loved seeing all the animals, including donkeys, horses, pigs, and goats. It was magical!

The people were very nice and the location was beautiful. The room felt a little old-fashioned and could have been cleaner. Breakfast was fine, just not as lavish as what you might get at a hotel. Still, we had a good stay. The owner doesn’t speak English.
