I’m writing this in English for simplicity. After a tough day at work and a five-hour drive, my coworker and I got to the hotel around 5 pm, exhausted. It took the woman at reception half an hour to hand over our keys and print a receipt. She was incredibly slow. The room was about 6°C, with the heater off, and there was mold on the walls and bathtub. There was no hot water in the shower when the heater was on. With it off, my coworker said the water only stayed warm for about 10 to 15 seconds. A hotel without hot water is unacceptable. It was December, and I ended up taking a cold shower at a three-star hotel. Dinner and breakfast were nice, but after dinner the receptionist tried to charge us for the meal again, even though we’d already paid and she had printed the receipt. She insisted we hadn’t paid. At least it was just one night. I think I would’ve lost my mind if we’d stayed longer. Stay away.

The rooms were small but tidy, and breakfast had enough to choose from, even if the selection was limited. We did have some concerns about privacy and security. Every room’s window faces the outside hallway, and even with blinds, people can see in during the day if you leave them open. If the windows are open, someone could even get inside.
