The location was fantastic, but the rest of our stay was very unpleasant. Our room was dirty and extremely dusty, unbearable for anyone with allergies to pollen or dust, and the air conditioning didn't work. The staff spoke very poor English and generally seemed unprofessional. The bar wasn't open during its stated hours either.

The location is good, and the bathroom was luxurious. We had a lovely room, but couldn't figure out the heating controls. It was noisy at night because we needed to keep the window open, and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work, if it worked at all. There were hardly any coat hangers, like at virtually every hotel these days. The bar was nice when open, and the staff were really good about opening it when we asked. Not sure we'd stay there again next time in Dijon.

The rooms are small and were terribly hot because the air conditioning didn't work. Staff said it had been out of service since December 2024. Check what you're paying closely: we were charged €150 more than the booking confirmation showed. Management wouldn't refund it, gave a lie as their answer, and then stopped replying completely.

The room was only 8m2, not 15m2, and there was barely room for the bed, let alone two suitcases. No fridge, no wardrobe, and nowhere to put anything. With it 40 outside, the air conditioning didn't work, and we weren't given the water we were supposed to get because of the lack of AC. The breakfast was practically nonexistent for a 4 star hotel, just cold scrambled eggs from powder and becon, with the rest being a basic continental breakfast. This shouldn't happen in a 4 star hotel!!!! The lady in the dining room couldn't speak English but was helpful. The hotel deserves no more than 2-3 stars. The only parking was public, 150m from the hotel.
