A small, quiet place with a very kind host and really nice decor. It had everything I needed, including parking in front and a very good internet connection. It was a pleasant place to work from. I recommend it.

The lady was very accommodating, and I could get into my room early on arrival day. It was handy for visiting an exhibition in Laval, and the place felt warm and pleasant. We had everything we needed, from a complete breakfast and kitchen access to a clean, comfortable room. The shared bathroom was clean and well maintained too. I recommend this guest house.

Everything was on the ground floor, partly below ground, so it stays cool in summer. We paid €55 for three people for a last-minute night, and breakfast was perfect, with croissants, jams, and yogurts. There was a shower and a very nice little lounge with a TV.
