The apartment is near the centre, in a safe, quiet area, and the decor and comfort are above average. Samuel was quick to reply when we contacted him. When we told him something was missing from the apartment, he promptly arranged it and took care of what we needed.

We had a great stay in this spotless apartment, with pleasant decor and a lovely location in Laval. The owners were very helpful when we weren't familiar with the online arrangements.

The toilet didn't work properly, and no one repaired it while I was staying there. The lack of respect for cleaning and hygiene in the toilet and bathroom was striking, especially during Covid-19. Next time I'll book somewhere else, or even choose a hotel.

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The owner was available and willing to meet our needs.
