The beds were really comfy, and I appreciated the good Wi-Fi, great shower, proper-sized towels, and tea and coffee with a kettle in the room. It’s only minutes from the train station and a short walk into Laval, with incredible value for money. The place is a bit unusual, but the rooms are very clean. Some have private bathrooms, and the kitchen and living area are shared. There are lots of narrow, steep stairs to manage, which could be tricky with heavy bags.

The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy, with modern decor. The shared cooking facilities were useful. It’s about a 15-minute walk from both the station and the centre. I was travelling alone and would happily stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay, thanks to the very nice hosts and the good location. The place is nicely decorated and the prices are reasonable. One guest took my dinner from the fridge and nobody admitted to it, but that’s life. Apart from that, no issues.

The advertised price was affordable, around 36 euros, and the listing said sheets and towels were provided and we wouldn’t have to clean. Then I noticed an extra 15 euro cleaning fee that included the sheets and towels. Even with the fee, it’s still affordable, but the ad feels misleading and the practice dishonest, so I’m not booking.

There’s no host to greet you, but the little notes on slates were a thoughtful touch. Entry and room access use codes, and everything feels very secure. The common area is spacious and well designed, and the place is beautiful, modern, and perfectly organized. I found the spiral staircase narrow, though. Still, a lovely experience.
