The restaurant meal was memorable, and my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. My experience was excellent, and I'll be here regularly for work, so I'm looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks to the staff and chef!

We stayed one night while working in Laval, and it was a very pleasant visit. The hotel looked recently renovated, and the staff were very helpful. The room was pretty much what you'd expect, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety.

They accepted a booking for a room they didn't have, then put us in the “cheap” hotel while charging us the four-star rate. The receptionist hung up on me in the middle of our conversation and wouldn't help until the next day. The manager had gone home by 9pm, and she didn't want to deal with it. Really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them for customer service.

For a 3-star hotel, there was no real breakfast. Sad and disappointing.
