We had a great weekend with friends. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated, and really practical. The sun made the whole experience even better!

The cottage was clean and new, and the host was friendly and helpful. It’s a peaceful, well-located spot with lovely walks nearby.

The view over the Allier River was breathtaking, and Christmas 2023 brought sunshine for our whole stay, so we got to enjoy some lovely walks nearby. We had a wonderful family Christmas at the recently renovated "L'Estaou d'à côté" gîte. It was clean and comfortable, with a lovely living room that worked well for 10 people. It was well equipped, though a fondue pot would have been a nice extra alongside the raclette grill 😉. Best wishes to Fred and Marco.

The blue bedroom has a magnificent view of the priory. The cottage is large and quiet, right in the center of Lavoûte-Chilhac. It has three double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. Duvets, pillows, and blankets are provided, but bring your own sheets and towels. There’s an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You can park beside the Allier River, including campervans, and the village also has a dedicated campervan area.
