The staff member at reception was very friendly, as was the person behind the bar, and the coffee was really good. The rest of the stay was disappointing compared with other Ibis Styles hotels I've visited. The building looked like stacked shipping containers, though I don't know if that's what it is. The hallway smelled unpleasant, possibly from humidity, and other reviews mention the same odor. In the room, the heating couldn't keep up with the -3 degrees Celsius outside. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including pancakes and little crepes, but they were nearly frozen, so they didn't seem very fresh. Reception was just a small table, and without the sign I'd have thought a guest was sitting there with a laptop.

We had dinner at the restaurant after a long day of driving, and it was a relief not to have to search for somewhere to eat. Traveling with our 10-month-old was easier thanks to the water dispenser, high chairs, and child-friendly dishes and cutlery. There was free parking on site too. Our room was clean and well kept, and my husband and I really enjoyed the one-night stay. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms and breakfast are really good, so I'm not sure why this hotel is rated below four stars. The one annoyance is the plastic sheet over the mattress, which can feel hot and make noise. You can just take it off, though.

The room was beautifully clean and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was the real standout, high quality and presented really well.

I'd come back here. The staff were helpful, the place was clean, and the parking worked well. Dinner was just right after a day of traveling.
