The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great beds. Supper was awesome, breakfast was as un-French as you could imagine, and even the coffee was good. Service was absolutely excellent, the chef was as French as baguettes, and the owner was a somewhat scatterbrained darling. The whole hotel has a longing-for-the-past feel. The interior is dated, but not ramshackle or cheesy, more like “your granny’s house” meets “Fawlty Towers.” And that comparison doesn’t stop at the decor. A wholehearted recommendation. If I could have given it six stars, I would have. An absolute, resounding yes!

We were welcomed with our dog, and Madame was so kind. It’s a very quiet place, with great service, clean rooms, and tasty food. Thank you.

The surroundings are peaceful and the scenery is magnificent. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and our rooms were spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. My colleague and I were delighted with our stay during a business trip. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel!

The chef cooks fantastically well, and Chantal will welcome you like family. It’s a great place, and I’ll be back. Tucked away a little in the mountains, it’s a fantastic spot for nature lovers or anyone who just wants to get away from it all. Honestly, you can go without hesitation.
