Le Clos Previnquieres

We later found out the place had overbooked. The booking site covered the extra costs of finding another reservation at short notice, fortunately, but the whole thing was really unpleasant. The manager cancelled our booking, especially troubling for a short stay, and asked us to cancel it ourselves on the booking site, presumably to avoid penalties. When we reached her by phone, she rudely told us to call a lawyer if her methods caused problems. With practices this unprofessional, who knows how you’ll be treated? I’d avoid this place if you need a secure reservation.
