I travel a lot for work, and the combination of the accommodations I need and staff who make me feel at home is special. I’ve had that kind of treatment at NOVOTEL. Marcime, Vanessa, and Charlotte have made my stay memorable, with smiles and courteous conversations from the moment I arrived. That warmth and interaction have continued all week. You can tell these young people enjoy their jobs and meeting guests. If management reads this, please thank them. They’ve made a real impression on me, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Bordeaux. I’m sorry if I’ve spelled any of their names wrong.

Vanessa at reception made me feel right at home. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in her work and treats guests with that kind of warmth. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Every interaction with the staff was positive. I left feeling relaxed and appreciated, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. I stayed overnight on January 28 and 30 because it’s my first choice near the airport, and I appreciated the little gift when I came back. Thank you, Micheline.

After a long journey, it was great to get such a warm welcome at Novotel Merignac. The front desk pointed me toward places to visit and good food options for my short business trip. Top service.

The receptionist’s greeting felt indifferent, and there weren’t enough parking spaces. In the room, the mattress halves weren’t zipped together, so we felt like we were slipping into the gap, and the bottom sheet didn’t fit. The water at reception hadn’t been replenished either. Our safe was already locked, so maintenance had to drill it out and replace it while we went out.
