Résidence Sweetly Isatis

I lived here for over a year while studying. The location and laundry facilities were about the only good points. At €750 for 18m², even furnished, it felt like a rip-off. The internet was very poor, parking in the evening was a nightmare and paid, and the neighbours were unpleasant. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

I had a very pleasant internship stay in one of the residences. The place is clean and furnished, and the site managers are available when you need help. The activities they organize are excellent. It’s near a bus stop with service to the airport and train station, as well as a supermarket. Two tram stops away is the center of Mérignac, and that tram also connects to central Bordeaux. A good option if you’re going to work or study in Mérignac or Le Haillan. :)

I lived in this residence for several months and highly recommend it. The manager and her assistant will do what they can to help if needed and make your stay more pleasant. It’s also quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located for public transport and amenities. A big thank you!

The location worked perfectly, just 5 minutes from a shopping center and 2 minutes from the tram and bus lines. They made it easy to get to central Bordeaux, the train station, and the airport. Our stay was very pleasant, with spotless rooms and all the amenities we needed. Reception was excellent and responsive.
