Breakfast was a relaxed chance to chat with the host and other travelers, and there was plenty to eat. The guest rooms are simple but charming, with tasteful decor in Le Croisic's historic center, right across from the beautiful Notre Dame de la Pitié church.
We spent a wonderful 10 days in Le Croisic, with a shady little courtyard to unwind in and plenty to explore from the house. We cycled, using electric bikes, and hiked along the peninsula's wild coast, as far as Batz-sur-Mer and the lovely beaches at Le Pouliguen and La Baule. The location also made it easy to visit the Gulf of Morbihan and Guérande, and take boat trips through the Brière marshes. The B&B has been beautifully restored and furnished, right in the middle of town near the port, shops, restaurants, cinema, and concerts. Marie-Noëlle made generous, elegant breakfasts, including puddings and fruit salads. Many thanks to her and Jean-Loup for the warm welcome, funny stories, kindness, and really helpful advice.
The host was so friendly, and the place has loads of charm. We had a lovely stay, with a delicious breakfast and plenty of it. We'd happily recommend this bed and breakfast.
