The meal and wine at Les Alisiers were amazing, and the service was impeccable and very welcoming to English speakers. Even the drive there was stunning, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it.

The owners' family made us feel right at home, and we'll definitely return. We loved the creative, regional dinner. The rooms are nicely styled, with a comfortable king-size bed and a bathroom that gets morning sunlight. It's a wonderful spot in beautiful nature, with a stunning view in the Vogese. We only spent one night here in September, but we'll definitely come back. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, and they speak English too. The area is great for hikes, with new colors and landscapes around every turn. We didn't have dinner, but the delicious wine and cheese board we chose instead was wonderful. The rooms are clean and feel like home, and the fresh mountain air makes for such good sleep, far from all the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was good, with fresh local products to set you up for the day. Hotel Les Alisiers is a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning views wherever you look.

Dinner was the reason I picked Les Alisiers for our stay, and I'd absolutely recommend including it. The food was simple and delicious. For me, the highlight was the refreshing cold courgette soup, made with produce from their garden, with hints of cumin and black sesame on top. The courses after it were fresh and well prepared too. We were there during a particularly hot week on a week-long trip around Alsace, and staying up in the hills was a good call since it was definitely cooler than down below. The service was excellent and the views were beautiful. Breakfast the next morning was everything you'd expect and more. The couple running Les Alisiers have put real time and energy into making it a special place worth visiting. Our room was basic, but clean.

The team is professional and clearly passionate about giving guests a quality stay. Thank you, Matthias, Caroline and Ben, for making Les Alisiers such a gem. It's perched above Lapoutroie, with a mind-blowing blue mountain view. The scenery, the room's design and quality, and the amazing food all made our stay feel perfect. Come for the fresh mountain air, a chance to relax, and great meals. And don't miss their delicious honey, produced by Matt and Ben. 10/10, keep up the good work! :)
