The view is relaxing, with the ocean only 50 m away. The studio was very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The owner was very friendly, made sure we were comfortable, and was always available for questions. Two lovely young cats would come to the door to remind us we were responsible for their daily food, with packs provided by the owner. 😁

The work on the property is a serious safety concern. The site is left open, with tools and materials scattered in the yard, so it would be easy to get hurt. It feels like a huge construction site that could go on for 10 years, not a residence. The place itself looks at least 50 years old and seems to have had no renovations at all. It’s practically uninhabitable, and at that price, renting it out is disgraceful. You can hear the neighbors as clearly as if they were in your bathroom.
