For skiing, the location is great, and the staff were amazing. It’s the most charming, pleasant hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This was our third visit to Les Cimes, and we love staying here. The cosy rooms and lovely atmosphere keep bringing us back. Staff are excellent and always ready to help. Everyone in our group is a fan of breakfast, and we also enjoy cocktail hour and always buy something at the shop. An amazing experience. We’ll be back!

The brunch is still my favourite, it’s so good you’ll want to come every day!!!! I also love the place: the staff are incredible and the sweetest, the shop is full of amazing clothes, and the spa and massages are awesome. (picture is a view from the balcony)

We booked a weekend at the last minute, and the staff sorted out all the details, from getting there to lift passes, parking and late-night access. They speak fluent English. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a very alpine feel, and our room had an amazing balcony view towards the pistes, the best I’ve had at a ski resort. After skiing, the spa was great for unwinding, and the drying racks meant our boots were warm and dry in the morning. Le Grand Bornand is a great spot for a short break, and this hotel gives you quick access to the slopes, about a 300m walk. Even with snow, the roads were kept clear, so driving was no problem and we didn’t need chains. Looking forward to coming back next season!

We’ve just got back from a weekend at the Les Cimes Hotel. The rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic stay.
