We suddenly needed somewhere affordable for our family and two kids after the other place we’d booked nearby canceled when we arrived. We spotted B&B Hotels while driving and decided to try our luck. The woman at reception greeted us warmly and, although the hotel was nearly full, found us a family room for the two nights we wanted. Thanks for being so welcoming and helping us sort it out. Whoever runs this hotel should be proud of the staff.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and both the service and location were great. But the bathroom was absurdly cramped. I couldn’t even fit on the toilet properly, my legs wouldn’t fit. I’m 178cm and weigh 90kg.

The rooms are small, as they usually are at B&B, but clean, with a comfortable bed and easy PIN code access. The price was reasonable too. The hotel is in Le Haillan, and with only a few bus stops nearby, you really need an Uber or taxi to get around. Still, it’s centrally placed for reaching places across that part of Bordeaux métropole.

The reception team were so friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to make things work for me. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and in a great location.

We were there for a trade fair and needed somewhere to sleep, so the hotel did the job, though the room was a shamefully small one. We stayed nov 28-30, 2022. It was bright and clean, but the smallest room we’ve had in more than 20 years of staying at budget chains. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was free and secure, and breakfast was OK. There’s a Boucherie steakhouse next door. We had two fine steak frites and a bottle of wine for €70.
