All Suites Appart Hôtel | Le Havre Centre - Les docks

I found the hotel good value for the price. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a nice view, though I didn't notice any air conditioning. The weather was pleasant during my visit, but I don't know how comfortable it would have been in hot weather without it. The area is fairly quiet and a shopping center is about five minutes away on foot. It's convenient, but I wouldn't call it central. I didn't have a car and could walk just about everywhere; public transport and Le Havre train station are around a 10-minute walk. The hotel takes pets, for an extra 10 € per night.

Elsa made sure I had a taxi whenever I went out, which was great. The room was fabulous, and the staff were lovely. On my first night, a short circuit knocked out the lights late at night. Ainanshe stayed patient and kind, helped keep me calm, and assured me things would work out. They did. Thank you, Ainanshe.

The person who greeted us, Abdul Rahman, treated us with a lot of kindness and handled our request respectfully and with care. The service and location were great, and the staff were very kind. I'd give Abdul Rahman five stars for the welcome and the way he looked after us.

I'm a student still staying here, and I'm writing while the situation is ongoing because I hope it can be resolved. A cleaning lady came into my room without permission, even though I hadn't asked for any cleaning. After she entered, I found that my branded t-shirt, worth €150, was missing. That's a major loss for me as a student. Management hasn't seemed to take the incident seriously, and I feel exposed and disrespected. No one has offered compensation or done anything to ease my concerns. I'm still here, worrying every day about my other belongings and my personal safety. This has turned what should have been a safe, comfortable stay into a nightmare. Whatever the hotel's location and facilities are like, they don't make up for a lack of basic respect and security. The hotel has made no effort to make amends or help me feel comfortable as a current guest.
