Best Western ARThotel

The young men at the front desk were friendly and smiling, whether we saw them at night or during the day. It was our first visit to Normandie, and we came away with a good memory. Thanks again for that. I stayed here on October 28, 2025.

The views were awesome, the bed was very comfortable, and I actually loved the room. The shower was great, and the crew were so kind and helpful, especially after the hotel booked at another location turned out to be horrific. The elevator made me laugh, too. The room would have rated better if the TV service had been better. The key issue needs to be resolved, and the automatic hall lights didn't always come on, leaving the corridors very dark. Once those things are sorted, this is a great little hotel.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were helpful. Our stay was good, but we were really disappointed that nobody warned us about parking. Around midnight, the paid parking beside the hotel seemed closed, so we parked nearby. There is a market there on Sundays, but the signs weren't very obvious, and our car got towed.

Friendly staff, a great location, and decent breakfast. The rooms aren't too large, but they're good. There was some noise from neighboring bars, though it definitely wasn't excessive. I'd recommend it.
