Dirty rooms and toilets, and nobody seems to care. We’ve been here for two weeks now, but the room still hasn’t been cleaned and the linens haven’t been changed. I’m sharing a small sample of photos from the last row of rooms and bathrooms, and can send more if needed. We’re still staying here at the moment. If this carries on, I’ll complain to the Ministry of Health. Honestly, you’d be better off sleeping on the street.

I had a horrible time here when I stayed a couple of years ago. I arrived to check in at night and couldn’t find any hotel staff to help me or explain what to do. I had to ask another guest how to get the room keys. There was just one staff member for the whole hotel, and she left at 5 PM, so there was no support at night.

The room was a clear disappointment. There was a strong, nasty smell in the bathroom, and the radiator was broken, so we were left cold. The neighborhood felt dangerous, too. We had to pay an extra 7 euros for a breakfast that wasn’t there, then pay another 1.50 euros for a coffee that tasted awful and came without sugar. There were marks on the supposedly clean towels as well. My advice is to get out of there quickly. Even the three stars aren’t deserved.
