Greet Hotel Paris 13 Porte D'Italie

We stayed from 8th to 13th November 2025, and our family of four, including our two kids, enjoyed it. The room was wonderful, clean, and spacious. The hotel is new and has lots of facilities for children. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful, and the area felt very safe. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was no AC for a few weeks during a hot summer, with temperatures above 38oC. We asked by email for a refund for our three-day booking but got no reply, so we quickly changed hotels, even though choices with AC were limited. We were in Room 328. The staff did refund the three days’ payment, thank you. The Agoda refund was still pending at the time. Good response from the staff. I finally got the refund in November.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but much too cold. There was no way to adjust the air conditioning, which could have been set to a milder, more normal temperature. When summer was ending and evenings got cooler, we had to sleep wrapped in the duvet all night.

Getting there after a long journey was easy, thanks to quick online booking and check-in. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The hotel is well located, a short walk from metro stations on lines 7 and 14, with direct access to Orly Airport. I definitely recommend it!
