Residence L'Anse de Pramousquier

We stayed at Pierre Vacanes Pramasquire in Cap de negre, a beautiful, quiet residence with lovely landscaping and views of the Med. The beach is very nice and just two minutes away. The staff were great and left us in peace, and the area around La Lavandou is spectacular. We left on the 20th during a thunderstorm and were lucky to get away before the damage it caused. Our thoughts are with the lovely people there who've lost so much. We hope everything can be restored to the beautiful area where we felt privileged to spend time. It was a memorable holiday, and we'd highly recommend the destination. 😎

This was my third stay, and we still love the location, friendly staff, the atmosphere among the residents and guests, and the grounds. But this year's supposedly renovated 24 sqm flat, two doors down from where we stayed two years ago, was disappointing. Apart from the air conditioning, nothing had changed, and that unit was poorly thought out. It's on the balcony, so when it's running it blows hot air over anyone sitting out there. At night it's noisy, with the unit just beyond the window next to your head. The curtains are too long and too narrow to close properly, so the morning light wakes you. The shower pressure is a joke at any time of day, often just a trickle. It couldn't be explained by other people using water elsewhere. I ended up rinsing my daughter's hair at the baby pool shower to get the salt out because the flat's shower was too weak. I paid extra for a renovated flat, but basically got the same place with an ill thought out AC unit. The negatives outweighed the positives, which is a shame. I won't be staying here again.

I liked the grounds and the staff, but our ground floor room was full of ants. Parts of the room, including the floor strips, wardrobes, and wall paint, were extremely worn. Overall, I enjoyed the residence area, though the room wasn't a great experience.

The surrounding park gives the estate a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, and the apartments are cute, practical, and very clean. It's a beautiful property set in a lovely park, directly connected to what is probably the nicest beach in the area.
