I spent two months here in summer for work. The location, right in the city center, was so good. Rooms were spacious and came with a kitchen and utensils. They had heaters for winter, and provided a fan for summer. The staff were very friendly and supportive in every way.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable, though tight for two, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was a decent, familiar spread. The location makes public transport easy, with the station behind the hotel and the tram in front, but that also means constant rumbling. I asked for quiet because I was in Le Mans for work, and was put on the fifth floor. Even up there, the trams and other vehicles made it hard to get any peace. If you need an open window to sleep, forget it. Heating was another problem: the room was only 11°C during a snowstorm, and the controls seemed complicated. A helpful young man from reception tried adjusting them, but my studio never got above 19°C, while other guests apparently had 21°. I might stay for one night if I had to, but I'd look for a quieter, nicer place along the tram route next time.

I couldn't get help with a booking cancellation. The link didn't work, and no one answered my calls or messages. By the time I finally heard back, it was too late to cancel. When I begged for help, the receptionist said, "It's your choice to make this booking; I can't help you." The whole thing felt rude and unprofessional, and the service was awful. I do NOT recommend this place.

The quick, efficient check-in and checkout were a bright spot, and the location is handy, about a 10-minute walk from the town center. But the rooms are small and noisy because they're right by the railway tracks. The bed is narrow and uncomfortable, and the pillow is tiny and too soft. The hotel was reasonably clean, though rooms aren't cleaned daily. Breakfast cost a lot for the few options available, and the room rate felt far too high for what you get. We were there for the 24hr Le mans race, so maybe that pushed the price up. I'd only choose it if there were no rooms anywhere else.
