The location near the racetrack is the one clear plus. This house has potential, and it could be magnificent after renovation, but its current condition is a shame. The exterior isn't maintained either. The kitchen has been added to walls that look at least 25 years old. In the downstairs bathroom, the grout is awful and the vanity unit looks ready to collapse; the shower curtains are moldy. Upstairs, the bathroom is a disaster, with walls peeling all over. One bedroom has water running down a wall from what seems to be a thermal bridge, and there's a broken tile at the entrance to the downstairs bedroom. The place feels completely uninviting, so I don't understand why it advertises a hot tub. They forgot the towels, though the owner did respond despite the late hour. The neighbors were partying on Saturday. I also don't understand why it's listed on Booking.com and available to rent at all, given how run-down it is and how expensive it is for that condition.

I'd definitely recommend it.
