Hôtel Première Classe Le Mans Ouest Université

We loved everything here! The room was clean, and the staff and people were lovely. Really impressed with the hotel, and highly recommend it! ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Our group being denied croissants at breakfast was the last straw. The breakfast was a complete disaster, and the staff were unfriendly and treated guests pretentiously. The rooms are tiny and smell musty. The bathroom soap felt and smelled like rubbing alcohol. There are food vending machines, but they don't work. This hotel leaves a lot to be desired, and I won't be coming back.

The rooms were obscene. The dispenser didn't have soap, just a liquid that smelled like window cleaner, and I suspect that's what it was. Breakfast was very sparse, and staff deliberately hid some of the food meant for us on shelves as soon as we left the dining room. The vending machines are always broken, and the staff offer no help. Staff also don't come out after 10pm because they're sleeping during work hours, and when they do appear, they scream at you. They're rude and disrespectful. My visit was truly unpleasant, and my association with this hotel brand has been permanently affected.

The car park is secure with lots of space, and checking in by machine was easy. The rooms are tiny and very basic, even for Premiere Classe at 50€ a room, and seem unchanged since the building was put up. Even the bedding is still sheets and blankets. Breakfast was poor, with little choice and low-quality food.
