The owners made us feel so welcome and looked after us really well. We loved the hearty, freshly prepared food, especially breakfast before heading out to hike in the lovely surrounding countryside. Our room was cozy, with a gorgeous view, and the Auberge felt like a home away from home. We had a lovely stay this spring.

We stayed one night in February, during the off season, and found a pleasant little hotel with friendly people and excellent food. The rooms and restaurant have had renovations in recent months, which gave them a modern feel. Try the chocolate cake, too. Really nice!

The jerk chicken was outstanding, and the burger and bar snacks meant we were full without needing dinner. We’d just hiked to the nearby cascade de vegay and were walking through town when we came across this lovely place. They serve rum punch, too, the best I’ve tasted, and we’ve been to barbados a few times. We’ll be back next year!
