Dinner was very good, and please pass my thanks to the chef. The historic setting feels cozy, and the staff were amazing.

The building is beautiful, with much of it dating to 1845, if I remember right. Everyone there was absolutely lovely, and we found a vegan option in the restaurant, which was good too. We stayed just one night on our way home, and it was a very nice hotel. Recommended.

We had an exquisite dinner with excellent wine, a memorable gastronomic experience. While travelling along the Canal du Midi, we were lucky to find the restaurant du Colombier du Touron. Jacques, the owner, kindly came to pick us up.

The rosé de Provence went well with a fine faux filet.
