That dinner alone makes me want to return. We had good wine, tasty starters, and a delicious main course, then chose cheese and desserts from a trolley. The host was so friendly and gave us a free room upgrade, and we felt really comfortable and well looked after. We’d stopped here on our way home from Côte d’Azur, at the end of a seven-day motorcycle trip, and couldn’t have picked a better last stop. We’ll have to come back at least once more. 😉

The garden and pool are lovely for a summer afternoon. We love this charming hotel in the Chartreuse mountains, and the restaurant is great too.

The food was very good, with plenty of cheese choices and a special local dessert made with chartreuse. There were good wine options too. A very nice setting, and a warm wooden house.

We went to the restaurant, where the meal was excellent. The dessert was the best part, and we could pick three from the menu.

A beautiful place and a really cosy spot. One of the lady landlords was unfriendly and blunt, though the two waitresses were very friendly.
