Eric and Veronique were a charming, welcoming couple. They even helped us check with the garage about the repair progress, then drove us there to pick up our car after it broke down during our trip to the region. We spent two nights at the hotel while it was being fixed. The room was spotless, a bit small, but quiet and perfectly fine for a short stay. We also ate at the decent restaurant, which was clearly popular since every table was taken. Highly recommended.

A big thanks for letting me park my motorcycle somewhere secure. The staff were incredibly kind, and the room and bedding were both clean, with a comfortable bed. Even with the surroundings, it was quiet and peaceful overnight. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

My arrival was unplanned after a booking mix-up at another hotel, but the staff were incredibly attentive and the service was excellent 🌞 They brought a meal tray to my room for convenience, and it was delicious 👍 The hotel is nicely decorated, and the rooms are clean and have what you need for charging a smartphone or laptop. There's an exterior blind that blocks out the daylight completely 👍 The shower lights up too. It's pointless, but fun 😄😅 A couple of small drawbacks: the bathroom is small by today's standards, and the parking lot isn't gated. If I get the chance to stay in Albi again, I'll happily book the Rialto 🌞

A generous breakfast and a clean room, with the same warm welcome as always 👍
